recently, i like to do some exercises..
jogging n others..
before this, i really want to do all those things..but, never do it..
so now i have changed..
every day must exercise, even in a short time..
eat healthy foods..
do not eat so much chickens..
eat vegetables and fruits..
will buy any fruits if I go to Tesco..
